90 Day Cancellation Policy for Multi-week and International Trips
We are interested in quality, not quantity. Space in our program is limited; therefore, to accommodate all that want to participate, the following cancellation & refund policy will be strictly enforced:

To receive a refund you must reschedule or cancel 90 days or more before the start of the class or trip. A $100 per person processing fee will be charged.

NO REFUNDS or credits will be given when cancelling less than 90 days before the start of a multi-day class or trip. Full credit or refund will be made if California Canoe & Kayak School is forced to cancel a class or trip for any reason. In such cases, our liability extends to the cost of the class or trip only, not travel and accommodations. All classes and trips are subject to last-minute cancellation due to weather and safety conditions.
