Boat Trade In Program

After purchasing a boat from California Canoe & Kayak, you now have the opportunity to trade the boat back to us for a new one. Need a longer kayak, a faster kayak, or just a new kayak, use your original boat purchase as an investment into your future boat.

• California Canoe & Kayak guarantees trade in value for any new boat purchased from us.
• Whitewater boats: You will receive a minimum of 50% of your purchase price if the boat is less than one year old.
• All other boats: You will receive a minimum of 70% if the boat is less than one year old; 60% for one to two year old boats and 50% for two to three year old boats.
• Older boats and those not purchased from CCK may be accepted at a percentage on resale value.
• Boats must be a current production model and in “sellable” condition, with normal wear and tear for its age. No repairs, folds, or alterations.
• Any package rebates or discounts received at the time of the original purchase will be deducted from the price of the boat when calculating the trade in value.
